Please join us for Equal Justice Foundation’s Annual Benefit Auction
You may purchase tickets starting the week of October 4th in the lobby of the Boyd Law Building. All students, faculty, staff, and all other guests are welcome. Tickets are $10 for students and guests and will be $15 at the door.
How It All Works
The Auction begins at 7:00pm with hors d’oevres, complimentary drinks, and a silent auction. A catalog will be made available to introduce attendees to all the silent auction items so that you can plan ahead and bid accordingly. All silent auction items will have a starting bid, and all bids must got up by at least five dollars.
The night features a live auction, which begins at 9:00pm. The catalog will highlight those items, and we encourage you to get together with friends and classmates before the Auction to determine which live auction items you can collectively bid on.
The Auction thrives on a wide variety of donations from faculty, students, and community members. Donations include themed baskets, artwork, lessons (from cake decorating to voice lessons), home-cooked meals, event tickets, gift certificates and more. Donations are welcome up to October 23, the date of the auction, but donations are preferred as early as possible. Please contact Devan Rittler or Emily Summers for more information or to arrange a donation.
Unless you are bidding by proxy, all payments for sold items will be due the night of the Auction. Please come prepared to pay. Payments can be made by cash or check only (payable to Equal Justice Foundation). Tax receipts will be available.
If you cannot attend the Auction but would still like to participate in bidding, please email Devan Rittler or Emily Summers to work out the details.
